Oscar has represented individuals and companies throughout Texas State and Federal courts for over 11 years. He has defended automotive and recreational product manufacturers against defective product claims, gas companies involved in complex litigation, insurance companies as well as their insureds, construction companies, and oil field companies. Additionally, Oscar has represented several corporations in Texas regulatory proceedings.

Prior to law school, Oscar worked in the semiconductor industry for a large, international manufacturer of wafer-fabrication systems, and served in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves as a Staff Sergeant in the mobile aerial port. He is fluent in Spanish.
